The PDF Signature Guide Injector guarantees clean, error-free signing workflows for multi-page agreements.
When sending multi-page NDA agreements, financial statements, or commercial leases, clients often miss critical signing boxes, requiring endless back-and-forth email loops and delayed business transactions.
Our tool uses natural regex semantic mapping. It scans the PDF character map to locate terms like Signature:, 签字：, Witness:, or 签署日期：. It then leverages pdf-lib to inject standard PDF interactive Link annotations. When opened in any standard reader, clients see blinking, neon-bordered arrows that instantly guide them to the correct boxes, making signing foolproof.

Will these guides appear when I print the contract?
No. The anchors are injected with the standard PDF `Printable` flag set to false. They display beautifully on computer/tablet screens but remain completely invisible when printed.
Can clients jump between signature fields easily?
Yes. We weave bidirectional internal anchors. Clients can click the "Sign Guide" bookmark to automatically jump to the next empty signature slot instantly.
Does this work on scanned image documents?
Yes. Besides looking up text streams, our spatial layout parser estimates signature lines based on horizontal rules and bounding boxes on scanned sheets.
