Giới thiệu về công cụ này
The Academic Two-Column Reflower solves the most significant pain point of digital research: reading papers on standard mobile screens.
Double-column layouts (used by IEEE, ACM, Nature, and major reports) are designed for A4 paper. Navigating them on phone screens or Kindle devices requires constant zooming, dragging right, scrolling down, and panning back up. It breaks reading comprehension completely.
Our processor implements a smart paragraph reflow and vertical partition barrier scan. It analyzes character coordinates to map double-column gutters, divides the layout, and weaves segments vertically (left column first, then right). Graphs, formulas, and headings are seamlessly rearranged into a single-column, flowable vertical scroll PDF.

Câu hỏi thường gặp
How are broad charts and equations handled?
Our engine applies "span element detection." When an equation or diagram exceeds normal column widths, it is isolated as a full-width item, maintaining original proportions without clipping.
Will this modify the vector text resolution?
Not at all. We rewrite PDF text object transform matrices at the object tree level instead of rasterizing, meaning text remains 100% vector and fully selectable.
Does this work on scanned image documents?
For flat image-based PDFs, we highly recommend running our OCR tool first before executing the Reflow process.
